Each year, this project demanded a high-speed pivot from concept to culture. Just one week before the annual meeting, our CMO would select an 80s track to serve as the year’s creative catalyst. My colleague and I would spend days immersed in the song, translating its energy into a cohesive brand package—including a custom logo, high-impact palette, and "Shared Success" posters. The sprint culminated in a Day 1 rollout, with fresh prints waiting at every desk to launch Quarter 1.
